Robin Williams

“Robin Williams was an airman, a doctor, a genie a nanny, a president, a professor, a bangarang Peter Pan, and everything in between. But he was one of a kind. He arrived in our lives as an alien – but he ended up touching every element of the human spirit. He made us laugh. He made us cry. He gave his immeasurable talent freely and generously to those who needed it most – from our troops stationed abroad to the marginalized on our own streets. The Obama family offers our condolences to Robin’s family, his friends, and everyone who found their voice and their verse thanks to Robin Williams.” – Obama

Robin Williams’ films defined much of my childhood. It is hard to imagine that someone who could bring so much joy and laughter to the hearts of so many could be struggling with depression and it broke my heart that he felt the need to leave this world so soon. I can’t believe it’s now been 2 years since he’s passed on and my husband and I have just brought ourselves back to watching his movies.

I omitted his Television work (except for Mork & Mindy) and some of the movies where he was given a smaller role he wasn’t credited for, but you can find it all here on his IMDB page.
