The Night of the Rabbit – Dewdrop Location Guide

The Night of the Rabbit - Dewdrop Guide

If there’s one thing I do when I play a game (besides trying to relax and enjoy myself), it’s look up information. I get curious or stuck, and I find myself turning to the internet for answers. There are a lot of good guides out there that are super helpful, but what I don’t see are an abundance of simple and clean visual guides that lay out all the information in one place.

The Night of the Rabbit is a beautiful game, with peaceful music and relaxingly-paced puzzle solving. There are four types of collectibles in the game; cards, dewdrops, stickers and stories. This week we are focusing on a guide for the dewdrops, next week we’ll be focusing on a guide for the stickers!

There are two sorts of collectibles in the game, stickers and dewdrops. This week we’ll be focusing on the dewdrops, but check out my guide to the sticker locations!

Dewdrops can only be found in the world of Mousewood and only during daylight hours. This infographic will let you know how many dewdrops are in each scene and where to look for them. Once all the dewdrops are collected, travel back to the passage to the magicians house and click on the stone stele to reveal the portrait of the Marquis de Hoto’s apprentice, prior to Jeremiah.

Chrono Trigger – Sealed Chest and Door Guide

There are a lot of good guides out there that are super helpful, but what I don’t see are an abundance of simple and clean visual guides that lay out all the information in one place.

Earlier this year, I participated in playing Chrono Trigger with The MinnMax Show’s Deepest Dive. I had heard so many good things about this game over the years. I’d started it, but never finished, until now!

Everything I’d heard about it was true, it’s a wonderful nostalgic game! My only mistake was opening all the sealed chests in the wrong order and missing out on better and/or extra loot. To counter that, I made this infographic to help players figure out where and when all the sealed chests and doors are located, if they’re upgradeable, and what’s in them. There’s a note at the top with instructions on what to do to receive the upgraded loot.

Concrete Genie – Genie Guide

There are a lot of good guides out there that are super helpful, but what I don’t see are an abundance of simple and clean visual guides that lay out all the information in one place.

I finished playing Concrete Genie by Pixelopus as game number one of twenty for the year 2020. Before I began playing I knew I wanted to create a visual guide to help players, but once I started I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of collectibles! I decided to narrow my focus to a guide for finding all of 18 types of Genies in the game.

This infographic is organized by the Genie’s number in Ash’s sketchbook; I’ve provided each Genie’s number, name, chapter and location found.

Please let me know if you would like me to work on a guide for the other collectibles within Concrete Genie or if there are any games you would like to see visual information or guides for in the future! I love helping people, discussing games and organizing information!

While I was playing Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds and it occurred to me after talking to my brother-in-law and cousin that it may be useful to have a simple, one page infographic with some basic information about all the companions you can recruit and play with in the game. This graphic has a photograph of each companion with the location and quest they can be recruited from, the name of their personal quest-line, their special abilities and what player skill they boost by being in your party.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 – Complete Gem Guide by Floor

There are a lot of good guides out there that are super helpful, but what I don’t see are an abundance of simple and clean visual guides that lay out all the information in one place.

I just finished playing Nintendo’s Luigi’s Mansion 3 and loved every minute of it! As soon as I started playing I knew I wanted to create a complete, yet condensed, guide to collecting the game’s many (so many) gems. I took handwritten notes while I played and boy did that remind me fondly of the good ol’ days when you sometimes had to write down a game’s pertinent information in order to progress.

These infographics are organized by floor; I’ve provided each gem’s room, location and gadget(s) needed to find it. It is a lot of information and even condensed I had to create three separate pages to convey all the information. The first guide has the two basement levels through floor four, the second guide has floors five through ten, and the third guide has floors eleven through fifteen.

Ring Fit Adventure Challenge – Reboot

Fit Ring Adventure 1Can playing a video game really help you and I get fit? I believe Ring Fit Adventure can and I’m going to test it out!

Fit Ring Adventure 2Ring Fit Adventure was released Saturday October 18th, 2019 for the Nintendo Switch. It comes with a squeezable pilates ring to hold and an elastic leg strap for leg movement. It piqued my interest because the main part of the game is a story where you need to travel across maps and defeat monsters to get to the boss who you also have to fight using different work out moves. The more you experience you get the more you level up and acquire new workout moves to complete your journey. It is delightfully distracting and entertaining!

As you might have gathered, I am not the epitome of health I would love to be, and to speak plainly, I haven’t been for a long time. This is uncomfortable for me to tell you, but I currently weigh 170 pounds. I feel heavier and far less graceful on my feet than I ever used to, and I want movement to feel easy and comfortable instead of a chore. When I was a teenager, I was more active and fortunate enough to have a good metabolism; I weighed 110 pounds and, at 5’2” tall, I felt comfortable in my own body. Since then I have put on more and more weight as my metabolism has slacked off and my bad habits have grown. Now I am a freshly minted, new mama and I’m looking to get back into shape and lose my baby weight plus a little extra! I’ve indulged myself for a little too long and it’s time to get back on track!

In addition to the game, let’s talk about my variables:

  • I’ve been practicing up to 20 minutes of yoga daily.
  • I’ve been taking my daughter out in her stroller for 30 minute walks daily.
  • During this shelter-at-home order, I’ve started intermittent fasting and only feel like eating 2 large meals a day.
  • I am making an effort to drink at least 78 oz. of water a day.

Confession time: I started this challenge back in October when the game released, and I dropped the ball. Months went by and I started doing my daily yoga and walks. This has made me feel better than I have in a long time (being pregnant and having a baby is no joke on your body) and with a stronger foundation, I wanted to give this challenge another try!

Let’s do this! Follow along with me on here and Instagram!
